INSTALLATION INSURANCE
Make a mistake? As installers, we know that accidents happen during the installation process. Nothing is more frustrating than working on a panel for an hour just to mess it up in the end and have to redo it all over again. At APEX PPF, we offer an Installation Insurance Policy for our paint protection film kits. By purchasing Installation Insurance at the time of your order, you will be able to order replacement pieces at our cost plus shipping.
HERE IS HOWITWORKS
Purchase Installation Insurance: When ordering your ppf kit, You can opt to include our Installation Insurance for an additional fee. That fee is determined by your selected coverage.
Report Damaged Pieces: If you accidentally damage a section of the film during the installation, contact our support team with the following information:
- Order Number
- Description of the damaged piece(s)
- Photos of the damaged film
Replacement Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information and verify your Installation Insurance coverage. Once confirmed, we will process the replacement pieces at cost and ship them to you as soon as possible.

- Installation Insurance must be purchased at the time of ordering the paint protection film kit.
- Installation Insurance covers replacement pieces for the specific kit you purchased at a significantly discounted price, and does not cover any additional shipping or handling fees.
- Installation Insurance applies only to damages that occur during the installation process and does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear after the installation.
- Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the original paint protection film kit.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of replacement pieces provided under the Installation Insurance Policy if we suspect the process is being abused.
